            Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, mainly including account payables, book-keeping, expenses approval etc;
- Issue debit notes to customers;
- Assist in month-end closing;
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to fulfil customers' requirement;
- Maintain proper and systematic filing system;
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting or equivalent;
- At least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Customer-oriented, proactive, self-initiated, detail-oriented and a good team player;
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline;
- Experience in property management will be an advantage;
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
