Responsibilities
• Support the team for all aspects of projects & event management, e.g. contracting clients and vendors, providing logistic and on-site support;
• Prepare promotion materials, departmental publications;
• Good skills in report writing, preparation materials, analysts;
• Understand in video editing simple skill is an advantage;
• Outdoor work and overtime may required;
• Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
• Diploma holder or above;
• At least 1 year relevant working experience in event field;
• Fresh graduate or less experienced applicant with strong ability in event organize will also be welcomed;
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS Office application, e.g. MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
• Self-motivated, well organized, creative-minded with strong communication and positive attitude;
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines;
• Immediate available is preferred.
** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Administration Officer.
