Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the monthly group consolidated financial statements

• Analyze the company’s financial performance, perform review on the monthly reporting consolidation packages and prepare regular reporting for Management

• Assist in statutory audit and coordinate with the external auditor

• Assist in annual financial reporting including preparing notes to financial statements and other schedules for disclosure

• Responsible for group budgeting and forecast, financial analysis and regular reporting for Management

• Responsible for the Finance and Accounting function of our subsidiaries

• Ensure high standards of financial controls and reporting and its compliance to corporate policies and procedures

• Responsible for a of ad-hoc projects when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related disciplines

• Holder of Membership in CPA / ACCA / CPAA or equivalent professional body

• Solid accounting experience and handle full set accounts

• At least 5 years relevant experience in auditing and consolidated accounting jobs

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, organization and analytic skills

• Mature, Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines

• Good communication skills in English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is required

• Immediately available is preferred
