Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Monitor BIM model work progress or project and liaise with consultant Teams;
  • Conduct clash analysis and produce the report for coordination meeting;
  • Prepare BIM Models, graphic images, photogrammetry images, construction method simulation (CMS) and 4D simulation at different project stages;
  • Maintain up-to-date document control of design and construction drawings, specifications and project schedules for 4D simulation;
  • Prepare CSD & CBWD drawings from BIM Models for construction;
  • Assist project team to resolve design conflicts / clashes identified during BIM coordination;
  • Coordinate BIM projects and conduct BIM coordination meeting;
  • Present BIM deliverables to clients

Requirements

  • Possess a recognised certificate, diploma holder or above preferably in BIM, Architecture, Building, Construction, Engineering or Surveying; 
  • Preferably process a recognized training certificate in BIM modelling for the hardware and software, and plug-ins to be used;
  • At least 1-year hands-on experience in BIM Model production in design or construction projects;
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome;
  • Proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD Civil3D for drawing and model coordination, other BIM related software will be an advantage.
  • Hand-on BIM software / applications experience preferable (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks);
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;   
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

 **Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Technician.
