Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

•    Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
-    Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
-    Create high-level and detailed functional and non-functional requirements or specifications to capture business needs, rules, and details.
-    Communicate technical solutions to engineering teams and ensure clear understanding.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration
-    Work closely with stakeholders, designers, and information architects to create optimal user experiences, customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
-    Conduct stakeholder and user reviews to validate business objectives and ensure a positive product and service experience throughout its lifecycle.
-    Liaise between users and technical developers to ensure business requirements are well-defined and properly implemented.
•    Project Management & Risk Mitigation
-    Assist in project implementation by proactively managing potential risks and recommending mitigating measures as required.
-    Break down user stories into measurable tasks to facilitate efficient project execution.
-    Support ad-hoc tasks and contribute to the creation of best practices.
•    Testing & Quality Assurance
-    Formulate comprehensive test plans and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
•    Training & Support
-    Prepare training materials and conduct user training sessions.
-    Handle end-user inquiries and provide timely solutions.
•    Product Development & Enhancement
-    Identify new product features through handling user inquiries and feedback.
-    Articulate gaps and issues, providing options and justifications with analysis to drive informed decision-making.
•    Leadership & Mentorship (For Senior Positions)
-    Lead and mentor other Business Analysts.
-    Inform, educate, and influence managers and peers to support recommendations and best practices.

Preferred for Senior Positions
•    Experience in construction solution business is a PLUS.
•    Experience in building large-scale digital services.
•    Leadership skills with the ability to mentor other Business Analysts.
•    Advanced communication skills to convey complex processes clearly.

Requirements

•    Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (junior roles may consider less).
•    Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies and UAT processes.
•    Experience in IT/mobile application development is a plus.
•    Experience with AI Generative Tools is a plus.
•    Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
•    Ability to work independently, be highly motivated, and committed.
