Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and create functional/non-functional specifications
• Communicate technical solutions to engineering teams
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work with stakeholders, designers, and architects to create user experiences, wireframes, and prototypes
• Conduct reviews to validate business objectives and liaise between users and developers
Project Management & Risk Mitigation
• Manage potential risks and break down user stories into measurable tasks
• Support ad-hoc tasks and contribute to best practices
Testing & Quality Assurance
• Formulate test plans and conduct UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements
Training & Support
• Prepare training materials, conduct user training, and handle end-user inquiries
Product Development & Enhancement
• Identify new features through user feedback and provide gap analysis with recommendations
Leadership & Mentorship (Senior Positions)
• Lead and mentor other Business Analysts
Preferred for Senior Positions
• Experience in construction solution business or building large-scale digital services
• Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Advanced communication skills

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM and UAT processes;
• Experience in IT/mobile app development or AI Generative Tools is a plus;
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
