Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs to drive material needs and sales transactions
- Cultivate customer and supplier relationships, foster them into partnerships when possible
- Approach buyers and suppliers to align product specifications
- Visit Construction Site as required
- Work with operations team to identify material sales opportunities within a construction project, and proceed to generate revenue from these opportunities
- Follow up the transaction and support management for the sales analysis
- Deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to customers
- Handle ad-hoc tasks or resolve issues when needed
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering, Science or Business disciplines
- 1 - 2 years of experience in construction building materials product is preferable
- Sales experience is a plus
- Excellent task management skills, negotiation skills, Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A good team player
- Independent, highly self-motivated and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS office applications, Excel and PowerPoint
- Native Cantonese speaker with conversational level of English and Mandarin
