Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited (”Asia Allied infrastructure”, “AAI” or “the Group”; stock code: 00711.HK) was founded in 1968, operating construction engineering business initially. Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product development and enhancement roadmap to address new market requirements and maintain competitiveness
  • Lead a team of BA
  • Manage the implementation of all projects on hand and provide timely update on project and status report
  • Collect and analyze market, competitors and consumer trends in order to turn key insights into viable business growth opportunities
  • Responsible for marketing deliverables such as product content, packaging, and manage cross-functional implementation for new product launch
  • Maintain relationships with our valued end customers
  • Perform ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related disciplines;
  • 5 year or above relevant experience in product management
  • Knowledge in procurement and construction industry will be an advantage
  • Experience in using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc…
  • Knowledge on SQL for analyzing on user behavior to make the best feature judgment on the product
  • Excellent in driving user requirement collection in different way, e.g. guidance with a flowchart diagram
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Positive working attitude, self-motivated
  • Fluent in Chinese and English
