Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals;
  • Work closely with internal business units, technical teams, and external vendors to define project scope, requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables;
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress tracking;
  • Manage project budgets and resource allocation;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate risks;
  • Monitor technical resources to ensure smooth project delivery;
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on project status and key milestones.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines;
  • 4–5 years of solid working experience in IT-related project management, preferably within IT solution or software development projects;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams;
  • Hands-on experience in managing vendors and external partners;
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent);
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage;
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
