Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing sales plans to target new construction projects and expand our client base.
- Managing a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance management.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and driving continuous improvement.
- Follow up account receivables.
- Work with operations team to identify material sales opportunities within a construction project and proceed to generate revenue from these opportunities.
- Visit construction site as required.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Engineering, Science or Business disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the construction or a related industry.
- Excellent task management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently.
- Thorough understanding of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Native Cantonese speaker with conversational level of English and Mandarin
