Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities


• Maintain BIM (Revit) standards template and object families;
• Assistant to development BIM workflow;
• Production training course materials, teaching videos and standards manual;
• Counseling each construction site BIM data file maintenance;
• Coordinate the design stage BIM model and auxiliary construction site build models;
• In charge of the training construction site modeller and junior technicians;
• To coordinate the exchange of information processing models released each application to provide relevant departments;
• BIM (Revit) software and hardware installation and maintenance.

Requirements

• Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years BIM coordinating experience;
• Proven practical site experience of BIM applications in managing design and construction of multi-disciplinary project;  
• Good knowledge and well versed in the application and uses of BIM platforms / 3D modeling software such as Revit / Civil 3D / Navisworks, BIM360;
• Hands on experience of BIM software/application;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.


**Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Co-ordinator.
 

**Candidates with less experience will be considered as BIM Technician.
