Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited (”Asia Allied infrastructure”, “AAI” or “the Group”; stock code: 00711.HK) was founded in 1968, operating construction engineering business initially. In 1993, AAI was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Since then, the Group has entered the mainland Chinese and overseas markets and expanded its scope of business into property development and investment, security services and property management, non-franchised bus services and other sectors. Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

  • Construct quality literal and multimedia contents to facilitate brand building, event execution, and corporate communications
  • Manage media relations by seeking exposure opportunities, addressing inquiries, facilitating interviews, and handling crises
  • Prepare, translate and distribute corporate messages, management’s speech, press releases, annual report, company newsletter, and other branding and communication materials
  • Assist in planning and executing corporate events and activities to foster strong relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate production of exhibitions, corporate events, video, corporate gift, website content
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Degree Holder in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Arts or related disciplines
  • Min. 4 years of relevant working experience with 1 to 2 years devotion in corporate communications/advertising/marketing/public/media relations, from a sizable firm; Candidates with less experience will be considered as Corporate Communications Officer
  • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Strong media network is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, CRM is preferable
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Knowledge of Creative Suites is a strong advantage
  • Willing to get round from office
  • Eager to learn, responsible, proactive, well-organized, creative, a good player, and with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, able to work overtime and at irregular hours during event seasons
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
