Site Agent

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in project management and in meeting project profit, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives;
• Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation and control of construction projects;
• To closely monitor the work progress of the project, sub-contractors' performance, and resolve daily problems arise during and after the course of project;
• Lead project team to ensure all works are complied with contractual requirement;
• Attend regular project meetings and liaise with client's representative, consultants and sub-contractors.

Requirements

• Be a Member of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Engineering Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975 or the Institution of Civil Engineers; or
• Have an acceptable university degree in the field of Civil Engineering Together with a minimum of four years of recognized experience in the management of road and drainage works or in a branch of civil engineering appropriate to the nature of the works of this contract; or
• Have an acceptable Diploma or Higher Certificate in the field of Civil Engineering together with a minimum of 8 years of recognized experience in the management of road & drainage works or in a branch if civil engineering appropriate to the nature of the works of this contract, or as Associate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in the civil Discipline together with a minimum of 7 years of recognized experience in the management of road & drainage works or in a branch of civil engineering appropriate to the nature of he works of this contract;
• Experienced in managing full cycle of project development;
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English;
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
