Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited ("Chun Wo"), a core member of AAI, is a local contractor and construction engineering company with a long history. In the beginning, Chun Wo mainly undertook building projects for the government and private sector; it started to participate in railway construction and civil engineering projects in the 70s; By the 90s, it became one of the few local contractors to hold five types of registration and qualification to work on public projects. In 2017, Chun Wo secured the “Design and Construction of the Aqueduct“ contract in the Philippines, expanding the construction engineering business to overseas markets around the Belt and Road.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project team to implement and support on-site Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage the Smart Site Safety System (4S) for facilities.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Senior Technical Officer with site work.
  • Coordinate with frontline workers to ensure smooth operations through effective planning and scheduling.
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Evaluate and test new technologies or systems for efficient operation.
  • Monitor and maintain systems and networks for optimal performance.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to system functions and maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, proposing preventive and corrective maintenance actions to clients.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Implement system updates, improvement plans, and new installations.
  • Perform hands-on installation and maintenance work at construction sites as needed.
  • Respond to emergency calls and site issues during non-office hours when necessary.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering, Building Surveying, Building Technology, Construction, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with LoRaWAN, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, UWB, RFID, or related LPWAN technology is a plus.
  • Strong team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to manage projects independently.
